Good product, good price, quick delivery
Have found OEM cartridges do work better than refills. Delivery is very quick and the discounted price is very competative.

YIKES!
I have lost money using this ink...did 300 pages...all black and white and the ink just got sucked away into outer space--4 black cartridges in total.
I have had the printer/scanner, that uses this ink, less than 2 WEEKS and am ready to send it back to HP, because of the extreme ink usage.

HP 60 replaces HP 901
Customer service was fantastic found me the replacement for the HP 901 that has been discontinued and attempted to get it to me in a timely manner

Replacement necessary
I have tried to print a couple of items on my printer but wasn’t successful. The ink supply status shows more than half full for black ink and tricolor cartridges. I guess maybe they dried up from none use over time. Purchased the new replacement cartridges and everything is fine with printing now.

Don't have my deluxe ink cartridges in the store anymore.
I would have liked to have had my black xl/color ink but it was not available in the store. I would had to order it but I needed the ink now. So I had to get the basic black/color ink. So staples is going to be discontinuing my ink the store clerk explained to me.

Learning as I go along
HP changed the replacement ink cartridges from 901 to 60. I did not know that until I went to website. They also do not have a fix for the printer which worked under Adobe Flashplayer BUT that is no longer available. I am told I have to but a new printer. Why?
