Stressful
From start to finish it was a battle. They hesitated to finish my order because my name was on the account yet they didn't hesitate to take my card number before they said there was a problem (I ordered as a 'guest.') Dam fine cartridge!
This was the finest cartridge I had ever purchased! My printer was overjoyed when I installed it according to the directions. Copies that where made turned out fantastic.

I usually use a 60 XL cartridge. I like it more. Number 60 is not that bright

Great deal for a great product.
I was so glad I stopped at Staples that day for ink cartridge as the ones I needed were on sale and even pick up a wireless mouse that was on sale. The cartridge has performed great since placing it in my printer.

A little pricey
These cartridges are a little expensive. But the quality is good hoping it lasts as long as advertised.

Out already
It went too fast. I didn't use that much paper and I didn't understand why it went so fast. I'm thinking maybe that was a defective cartridge
