Stressful
From start to finish it was a battle. They hesitated to finish my order because my name was on the account yet they didn't hesitate to take my card number before they said there was a problem (I ordered as a 'guest.') Cartilages are good but no reward for recycling old cartilages
I recycled several old cartilages when purchasing new cartilages. I told I was to receive an e-mail with reward discount for recycling old cartilages

Poor Quality Control
Black Cartridge is OK. Color Cartridge was marked HP60 but would not fit in my printer. I had a dead line to get some printing done and had to put project on a flash drive and take to a local print shop to be printed. Very Unhappy!!!

HP 60 Tricolor worked
This new cartridge fixed an ink problem on the printer. The old generic one did not last very long at all.

The HP ink is very good quality. Usually I prefer to buy in a twin pack to save money but none were available at the store this time.

Great Service!!
Was in a bind as it was a hot day and I had my dog in the car. I called from the bench outside. They welcomed the dog and I in for my quick purchase and were very kind to us. Great to experience such customer service!

HP cartridge
My printer is old and functions well if it is given HP genuine cartridges. I trust Staples to have products that are within the suggested date for use and that are a reasonable price.
