Stressful
From start to finish it was a battle. They hesitated to finish my order because my name was on the account yet they didn't hesitate to take my card number before they said there was a problem (I ordered as a 'guest.') Good Ink not too sure why it is so expensive
The XL lasts longer than the non XL ink. But it is quite expensive.

Reliable
I have been using these HP cartridges and printer for so many years I can't even remember when I bought them. I have never had any problems with them. I am very happy and satisfied with the investment I made.

Great Product!
After trying to go a little cheaper and purchasing ink cartridges that did not work at all, I have learned my lesson. I will only buy the HP ink cartridges! Better print, better value!

I am quite disappointed with HP that your company continues to price your ink cartridges so high that I am paying about the same price for this 2-pack (of Black/Tricolor cartridges) as I originally paid for the printer itself.
