Good product, good price, quick delivery
Have found OEM cartridges do work better than refills. Delivery is very quick and the discounted price is very competative.

YIKES!
I have lost money using this ink...did 300 pages...all black and white and the ink just got sucked away into outer space--4 black cartridges in total.
I have had the printer/scanner, that uses this ink, less than 2 WEEKS and am ready to send it back to HP, because of the extreme ink usage.

Transition
The change in product/item numbers was NOT customer friendly. I live in a small maarket area. I had to make 3 (yes, three) trips into the store to finally get the cartridge I needed. There was no 901 available anywhere in the area AND the change in item number was never mentoned. I finally had to resort to finding the information online. Defnitely not customer frie...

NOT SURE I WILL EVER BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT.
I bought a new printer as I was unable to change the ink in my older printer...the old one I have given to my grand daughter she has had good luck with my old one so far

The original HP ink cartridges
Was having problems with some remanufactured ink cartridges. If you don’t use your printer often enough, the remanufactured cartridges seem to dry out. Bought the original HP ink cartridges installed problem solved.

All You Wanted to Know About HP Ink But Were Afraid to Ask
The items in question work as advertised, albeit rather costly. The vendor includes a postage-free mailer to return the used cartridges. This suggests that they recondition then resell the product. Don't know the longevity of the ink supply as I acquired the printer for no money from a Reuse & Recycle Day we did here in Glens Falls, NY. It seemed to work OK but I hesita...
