Stressful
From start to finish it was a battle. They hesitated to finish my order because my name was on the account yet they didn't hesitate to take my card number before they said there was a problem (I ordered as a 'guest.') Reliable, durable products
I have an extremely old (well over a dozen years) HP Deskjet All In One. I love that it still works great AND that HP is still producing the ink cartridges! Must order that way again because I do not drive .
The woman on the phone was very pleasant and knew exactly what I needed and had I stopped by the store I would have been upset to get a ride and find you were out of the 2 cartridge folk. Ink in D11 something was not in stock .

1st page printed perfectly
As to the first pages I've printed so far it was as dark black as the higher priced ink I used to buy.

Made my life easier
I have been the "refill" route and nothing compares to the real thing. Can print without fear of running out of ink after 5 pages.

Disappointed
The Tri-color ink cartridge in the 2-pack I received is defective...I tried several times to install, un-install & re-install, but the color cartridge still would not work/print -- Now what?

HP 60 2pak
I was glad replaced my old cartridge. This was exactly what I needed for my printer. Got me out of a bind to be able to print clear and send an inportant dociment by mail. Now can work from home efficiently during stay at home during Covid19.
