Stressful
From start to finish it was a battle. They hesitated to finish my order because my name was on the account yet they didn't hesitate to take my card number before they said there was a problem (I ordered as a 'guest.') so far so good
I have an older printer that seems to eat ink. I am hoping that the XL cartridge will live up to the description but it's too soon to tell. The copy quality is great! Too early to give it 5 stars. We'll see how long it lasts.

Exactly What I Needed
I can always depend on my local Staples store to find what I need. In this case it was more printer ink before I did my taxes.

Semi filled cartridge

Ink doesn’t work properly
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to print projects for work and volunteer paperwork however the color cartridge doesn’t print anything with red. Every other color works fine but no red will come out which is disappointing since everything I need to print for work is purple and my volunteer project is all in red lettering.
