Stressful
From start to finish it was a battle. They hesitated to finish my order because my name was on the account yet they didn't hesitate to take my card number before they said there was a problem (I ordered as a 'guest.') The ink is very expense. The cartridges are not filled to the tops. Wish there were staples ink for number 60

Good Product
I was having a issue with my printer and not sure if it was ink cartridge or the printer so I changed cartridge and everything is fine
