Stressful
From start to finish it was a battle. They hesitated to finish my order because my name was on the account yet they didn't hesitate to take my card number before they said there was a problem (I ordered as a 'guest.') Printer Ink Cartridge
I came in looking for a black ink cartridge, but the employee helped me showed me a pkg with the black and color cartridge together at a discount, so I bought that one instead. I'm so glad she took time to show me the discount one.
