Stressful
From start to finish it was a battle. They hesitated to finish my order because my name was on the account yet they didn't hesitate to take my card number before they said there was a problem (I ordered as a 'guest.') HP950/951 INK
This is the ink our printer uses and we were out of black ink. It works GREAT and we always stick to HP ink.

Best ink on the market!
This is an excellent product! The quality of printing with this ink is beautiful: particularly color printing. I only purchase this brand of ink.

Better than my last cartridge which wasn’t good. Overpriced since it’s probably a reconditioned cartridge.

So helpful
Had a great experience. The nice sales associate walked up to me and my upset one in a half year old and asked if I wanted help finding something. She got me the ink I needed and was out of there in less then 5 min!!!

Great product
I find the extra cost is worth it for all the extended time I can use this ink...many more copies than the regular cartridge.

Way too expensive but good ink
Why don't you offer the black XL as a single ink cartridge? I did not want to spend this much money for XXL-but I had no choice. Not sure how long it will last-so far so good after a week. Disappointed Staples
