Stressful
From start to finish it was a battle. They hesitated to finish my order because my name was on the account yet they didn't hesitate to take my card number before they said there was a problem (I ordered as a 'guest.') It’s the only ink I use. I’ll probably be in next week for the color ink. Yeah I know it’s cheaper buying both at same time but money wise I couldn’t do it this time.

Extremely pleased
Usually there is no problem with the hp ink cartridges i’v Purchased. I had to exchange this one. The store manager made this exchange an easy positive experience. A true asset to the store.

HP 60 is both Affordable and a trusted printer cartridge.
I have used HP 60 cartridges since getting my new printer. They do the job and more importantly they cost considerably less that the HP 65 that I used on my old printer.
