Not happy with the number of pages produced!
This cartridge most definitely does not produce up to 200 pages before running out----MAYBE 50. I would Never buy this printer again for a work place that needs to make more than just a few copies, or print more than a few pages.

Wish HP was more generous with vendors
I have never been comfortable dealing with HP and prefer to purchase from staples. Sadly Staples did not have all of my ink preferences available for this order. I like to order a combo of 62 tri color regular and 62 black XL

I've been using this product for a number of years now. It works well for me.
I did go into the local Staples store to get it but they were out of stock, however, the manager ordered it on-line for me and i received it at my home in less thank 24 hours.

Ink Level
I went to a local shop which refill HP Cartridges to save money. I found that refilled ink cartridges don't work the same, shorter ink life, and the ink level indicator won't register. All you get is a yellow warning tringle symbol. So, I have to go back to purchasing new HP ink cartridges.

Great quality and speedy delivery
I've been buying these printer cartridges because I am required to work from home to be able to keep my job during Covid. I'm buying alot of supplies that I don't get reimbursed for but glad HP delivers to my home. The quality is amazing.

Ink does not last
HP technical support is terrible. It is torturous calling them and going through their telephone tree and then talking to somebody. I dread doing yet but I’m going to have to do it again. I purchased black and color ink cartridges about four weeks ago. I hardly use my printer at all and the ink is already gone. They were expensive and I hardly printed anything.

broken
my printer will not connect to the internet since you stopped the instant ink for older printers. In order to print I have to go to the printer and push connect now for the printer to work ... it prints but does not connect online... So there is that and I will not be able to get updates for my printer. Help please I have done everything the help pagers suggest

Printer and ink cartridge.
We could not find an ink cartridge locally and needed one ASAP. We purchased one online and got it promptly in excellent shape. I would recommend you to anyone who needed a cartridge or an HP product.
