dried-out ink
don't have receipt & should have checked it immediately after installing it. now it's been couple weeks til I tried to print with the new cartridge.

Black ink cartridge
This cartridge should have been included with the4 pack package (should be 5 pack) for the Canon printer. Purchasing it separately adds to the cost.

Black/white settings
