Major ripoff
Box states printing 550 sheets. I'm lucky if I get 50 sheets! And this is the LC203CL XL, so it's supposed to be extended life. When the printer tells me I need to change the cartridge, there is still quite a bit of ink in it. Either fix the problem or lower the price.

A Good Buy
As I generally only use my scanner for color scanning, as it is an ink jet printer, this gives me just enough ink for the occasional color print. I stick with the brand name.

Vanishing ink
If you you're not a heavy user of the printer, as I am, you can really only expect less than a hundred pages from a set of ink cartridges. Often less. Don't know where it goes. So I pay about $30 every few months when my printer tells me there's no ink, again.

Very happy with my Printer
I have had my Brothers Printer for fifteen years and have only used Brothers Replacement cartridges. I have never had need for service to my printer.

Junk Printer/Junk Ink
New and full cartridges of this ink rarely work. After one cleaning of the print heads you lose half of your ink. With full ink cartridges the printer may or may not decide to print. It's hit or miss.
