Good print, great staff
The printing staff at Staples Novato are consistently excellent! Every time I place an order there, they have prepared it beautifully and with great attention to detail. I really appreciate their professionalism and friendliness! This time I ordered a booklet and it came out looking fabulous. Always grateful for the help of the great team at Staples Novato!

Terrible Quality
Terrible quality. Bottom part of each page was cut off and booklet was stapled off-center

Booklets
I placed an order for 36 booklets for in-store pick up on Sunday afternoon. On Sunday afternoon I called to verify my order was ready for pick up and was told that it was sent out and has not been shipped back just yet. They would add me to the FedEx notification list. Easy options in-store or online, great quality work!
I've been ordering booklets for an annual event for over a decade now, and typically I'd go in person to see a sample and process the order there. This time around I used the online portal and had some confusion about the paper selections available to me, but went with the "Standard" and was able to apply a nice discount to the order as well.
