My experience using the Staples Print Services was a nightmare. We first went to the store to ask about options for printing a custom booklet while there they said if I have a specific size booklet I want printed I can print it myself and they can laminate it. The employee also directed me to the computers in store to print from. I logged on and proceeded to print off ...

Didn’t get cardstock covers
Paid for cardstock covers and when I went to pick Up at the store they said they didn’t have the capability to do that even though it was an option.

Lovely booklets
Really nice quality paper bright colors fast service. Very reasonably priced with the discount that Staples offered! Some of the inside pages don’t look like they are printed/lined up straight or correctly so that was a little disappointing. All in all we are pretty happy with the final product.

The booklets were very thin. One booklet was damaged and one was printed upside down. I did not find this out until I arrived at the church building.

Beautiful memory books good customer service
I ordered four memory booklets for employees who were leaving our company. When I went to wrap them I noticed they'd printed one person's twice and another one not at all. Just Okay
Sorry to say I was underwhelmed by the booklets. They were just copies made with 2 pages of printer paper folded in half and stapled in the middle. Not worth the $7 price tag. They were printed timely which I appreciated.

Just folded paper stapled horizontally
I was quite disappointed. It was literally just the paper horizontally and stapled. Not a booklet.

Booklet came out pages in wrong order
Ordered a stapled booklet online. The order was completed on time but the page order was different than what I submitted on the website. Fortunately I didn’t have page numbers so the units were still usable. Other than that the quality was good. If page order is highly important you might want to ask to see a sample before you job is run.

Terrible Quality

I placed an order for 36 booklets for in-store pick up on Sunday afternoon. On Sunday afternoon I called to verify my order was ready for pick up and was told that it was sent out and has not been shipped back just yet. They would add me to the FedEx notification list.
