Wrong one for my machine. Had to return and reorder.
It took three times to get the right unit. Partly my fault. The prefix on the printer is the same on others. It is only the last few numbers that count. Now I know. The right one works just as it is supposed to do. The picture here is not the one I needed.

Wrong cartridge on website
I own a Samsung Xpress mx2843 laser printer and the hp website had this cartridge as the original replacement. The cartridge is not for the printer specified and had to be returned.

Saved me from buying a new printer
I did not realize that there is a fixed amount of pages that my Samsung printer will allow. Once it reaches that amount the toner empty light stays on. Online Staples saved the day for me. Would use Staple Online again.

Works As Expected - Service Consistently Good
The three year old printer finally needed an imaging unit - something I didn't know existed. Staples had the inventory and their shipment process it timely. The only suggestion I would make is to add a recycling component.
