Haven't used it yet; assume OEM HP works
Trying to deal with HP over the internet and phone was nightmare; it's incredible HP is still in business. No problems dealing with Staples over internet, and pick up. Keep stocking this specific cartridge.

Buy with confidence
Nothing like OEM cartridges. I've wasted time and money trying to save a few buck by buying generic toner cartridges that don't fit or that dump their contents into the printer. This product works as it should.

Finding this products was almost impossible.
I was offers 2 two pack of MLT-D116S but I wanted MLT-D116L. As I'm about to pay the web site presents the previously viewed items. I had look at these products the previous day and knew they were available. The product is fine as I have been using it for years but the Staples web site was infuriating.

Poor data base
My Samsung was not listed and two of my chats were useless. I found it myself on your website after two of your experts could not. Samsung M2885FW uses a MLT-D116L or S toner cartridge, please fix your data base.

It's Just a toner cartridge
This is probably the fifth or sixth of these cartridges that I have bought. Samsung makes a lower yield (about 1200 ages) but this one is rated for 6,000 pages. I have never had
any problems with these cartridges.
