Reliable and easy delivery
I originally bought a cheap substitute for this toner cartridge. It got banged around in shipping and leaked toner when I opened it got toner on the inside of my printer and caked a layer of black ink onto my first several prints. Another HP product
I don’t like HP products so when Samsung was taken over by the HP I was forced to buy their toner. I have never owned an HP product - printers or laptops that were worthy of monetary exchange. This toner cartridge from HP continues that legacy. Poor QC caused it to print repeating spots. I’ve had better from $24 refills. Shame on HP again.

I bought my Samsung Xpress printer/scanner from your McMinnville store a few (2) years ago. At the time I bought a second cartridge I've now ordered another one & you tell me they're no longer available. Well I'll purchase my business hardware elsewhere now since Staples doesn't support what it sells.

Only Staples had it. Works beautifully
I only found this particular cartridge here at Staples. It’s a hard one to find but they had it. Shipped promptly arrived right away. Also solved my streaking problem. I thought I’d need a drum also but cartridge fixed it

Solid High Capacity Overall Good Quality
Performance has been solid for over 5 years though I do not think they make them as good because when 10% is left in capacity the print quality begins to slip now unlike before with under about 5%.
