Liquid sensor pump
It’s the third liquid sensor pump I’ve had over the years.

Reacts to light
Unlike our other models, this pump’s sensor is affected by the nightlight around it and spontaneously dispenses soap into my sink throughout the night. I wish I had purchased the rechargeable model instead of this battery operated one.

We had to replace our original soap dispenser as it went wrong , the new one is the same but we have to Hoover near the sensor twice for it to work?

inconsistent
I use one for hands which is great. the one for for dishes inconsistent- only works with certain materials otherwise I like it

Love it
Love the hands free soap dispenser. I got one for a Christmas gift and immediately bought 3 more. I also bought the soap that goes with it. I have only had a few weeks but so far, no issues at all. I especially love the handsfree aspect. Very helpful in the kitchen especially.

SIMPLY FABULOUS
Excellent service and quick delivery.This sensor pump looks great! Very stylish edition to my bathroom and no drips.There really is no point buying the cheaper copies from other companies. Simplyhuman is Simply the best!!!

Needs rechargeable battery mechanism.
Dish soap dispenser uses physical batteries rather than a recharging mechanism. I had a previous one of these devices and unfortunately leakage into the battery compartment corrupted the device. It would be a lot better if there was a rechargeable mechanism that eliminated physical batteries. Otherwise, it works fine.

I like them, but they break often.
I have had several of these and I like having them. But they seem to fail often. I just keep replacing them because I need the FUNCTION. They aren’t cheap. I wish they would last longer.

Hope this one lasts
This is my 3rd. I love the product, but it doesn't last much past the 2 year warranty. My last 2 only lasted about 4 years. I would expect it to last at least 5 or 6 or so. But I really like the fact that when I am cooking, which I do a lot, I don't have to touch the dispenser with raw meat hands for whatever it might be. That's why I keep buying them. I LOVE MY SOAP DISPENSER and THE COMPANY!
This great product had a little issue....BUT, SimpleHuman totally stood behind it and sent a new one....fast. This works incredibly well and we are happy 'SimpleHuman Campers' ;-=). Thank you!

Love my pump!
Love my standard liquid sensor pump! Easy to add soap and NO messy drips.I also have two other pumps for my bathrooms.

Sensor pump
This is the second one I have bought from this company. Well made, easy to see when it needs refilled, easy to clean. You can choose how much soap to dispense. Great product. Compact and fits on side of bathroom sink.Would recommend to anyone. Great price. We now have one in bathroom and one in kitchen. Soap smells amazing.
