Item was labeled with a large UPC sticker on the back that could not be removed without leaving glue residue. Then the item was wrapped with cellophane which was underneath the metal holder and rivets.

Hold it
The small clip board is the holding place for charge slips and cash receipts until I have a chance to record transactions. This solved the issue of misplaced little pieces of paper. I should have thought of a clipboard ages ago.
