I normally like the product, but it came to me all melted and so we were not able to use the chocolate for our customers. Won't be able to order again until it isn't so hot outside.

it was damaged the chocolate was melted. usually ships with an ice bag but not this time.

too hot to handle
I get that chocolate melts, completely understandable. While our bags (no ice packs this round) arrived cool and chocolate solid, it appears that the chocolate had been too hot at some point, melted, got squished up, then reset? It's still edible, just isn't the best impression we're going for since this is put out for visitors and clients.
