Old chocolate
We ordered the large bag of chocolate kisses to give out at our 50th anniversary party this weekend and they were old turning white. So we will return them for a refund.

Was packaged nicer than expected (cold pack & cool liner in box). Could buy cheaper at in store grocery or big box, but for delivery & through this company good value

Bad Bag of Candy
This bag had to be thrown away. The Kisses looked bad and were too grainy and mushy to eat. I have ordered them in the past with no problem. I think it is possible they they were affected buy the heat while in transit.

You Can't Go Wrong with Hershey Kisses
I freeze them in the summer - keeps them from getting too warm, and they last longer in your mouth that way, too.
Staples does an EXCELLENT packaging job for summer delivery, too - , putting a large frozen pack in with them inside an insulating foil bag.

Great customer service for the delivery
I ordered these for the office and I didn't even think about the fact that we were having extreme heat (upper 90's, heat index over 100). These arrived the next morning, packaged in a special bag w/ice packs in a box. They arrived in perfect condition!

Take forever to arive
The expected delivery date is in no way reflective of when you will receive the product and updated dates will probably not be communicated to you by Staples at all.
If you actually want your candy to get to you, go out and buy it somewhere else.
