Melted candy
the candy was shipped with no ice pack , it was all melted when I recieved it. I put in the fridge but I had to throw away all the recess cups.

They were melted. the cold pack was hot!
We put it in the fridge. Some pieces were eatable others were thrown away. They arrived in a mini van driven by a man who could speak English, but the woman with him could not speak English!.

too hot to handle
I get that chocolate melts, completely understandable. While our bags (no ice packs this round) arrived cool and chocolate solid, it appears that the chocolate had been too hot at some point, melted, got squished up, then reset? It's still edible, just isn't the best impression we're going for since this is put out for visitors and clients.
