Melted candy
the candy was shipped with no ice pack it was all melted when I recieved it. I put in the fridge but I had to throw away all the recess cups.

too hot to handle
I get that chocolate melts completely understandable. While our bags (no ice packs this round) arrived cool and chocolate solid it appears that the chocolate had been too hot at some point melted got squished up then reset? It's still edible just isn't the best impression we're going for since this is put out for visitors and clients.
