Inconsistent Paper Thickness
Paper quality is not consistent in each ream. The paper is rated at 20 lb thickness, however, some reams have thinner paper mixed in. I’ve had to reprint those pages that were on the thin paper. Quality is key for my business, and an inconsistent paper thickness is not a good look.

OKAY PAPER
Good luck scanning or printing anything with this paper, it gets jammed very often. Not sure if this paper is thicker than average or something. Wouldn't reccomend!

Always have great customer service
I wanted to buy box 10 reams of copy paper, someone came to help me (female employee). She tried to help me, however, she couldn't pick it herself. She help on her radio and a male employee came with a dolly and put the the box and proceeded to ring it up and using my reward points as well.

Never "In the Red" with Tru Red Copy Paper
This copy paper is a very affordable option for everyday printing. It prints well for both color and black and white images. I appreciate that the paper has never jammed in our printer!
