Great product, right price, long expiration date
I purchased 3 HP 95 cartridges directly from HP. The price was the same as at popular retailers, shipping was free, and the expiration date is longer than what one normally finds at retailers, which means the product is fresher.

printer won't print
The printer did print a test sheet, but now won't print my documents.
The message reads that the door is open, but I can
't find an open door. I'm at this location temporariy so

I tried the staples brand, would not work. I thought there was something wrong with my printer. I ordered this one popped in and everything works great. Worth spending a little more.

big mistake on my part
I bought 2 black cartridges online about a month ago. It went in perfectly but my printer will no longer work because of this cartridge. online right size but I also was not able to remove it from my printer to return it. Had to get a new printer/!!

It would be nice if the store stocked the HP 96 Black. They stock the HP 97 color but never the HP 96 Black. Need black more often then color and have to order online every time. I have made the suggestion to everyone at the store.

Cartridge not same fit as more expensive one
The product does work but does not fit in printer properly like more expensive one. Printer keeps saying to install cartridge when the ink cartridge is already in the printer causing a false read.
