I did not in fact receive this part of my order. The driver said that it was not on his truck. Where are my cartridges please?!!

We looked at the number n the cartridge and bought the same number. However it looked different than the one that needed to be changed Not your fault obviously. But our church printer broke down in the mean time so now we need to replace. I brought the one i bought back and even though the box got thrown away by our janitor you took it back. Now that is customer ...

Toner
It works! I have always used Brother products and their original toner and drums except for one time. That turned out to be a disaster. The knockoff leaked toner over the paper and in the machine.

Best to use the genuine!
Nothing like using the genuine in my opinion. Having been burned a few too many times trying to same a dime it is never worth it in the long run. Brother makes a great product and stands behind it. Had the best pricing with Staples Business and best delivery.

Easy Button
I really didn't need the product yet but ordered immediately after the advertisement about the Easy Button came. So I was quite disappointed that we didn't receive the Easy Button.

Excellent Brother product
I prefer to always use the Brother brand and steer away from generic brands when it comes to my Brother printer as it was a very expensive printer. I have heard generic or off pandas may cause marks on the paper or leave a powdered mess. I would suggest to always spend a little more it would be beneficial in the long run.

OEM required
This worked well. Have to have OEM to clean up printing. Compatibles simply will mess up your printer and printing. It is expensive but what can't do anything.
