Notary Signing Agent - LOTS of printing
I go through a lot of copy paper like other mobile notaries. This machine is a workhorse. So far, the copies have exceeded the 8,000 page estimate. I recently had a problem with the toner spilling out on to the drum and causing ugly copies. The Brother Support (Chat and link, gave very specific instructions to solve the problem. Works great now!

Yield only 7000 pages
This cartridge is ridiculous and yield less pages than TN 850. Why spent more money.

Bad cartridge, bad support. Documentation old.
Cartridge defective. Customer support unhelpful. Brother documentation of Mac OS print menus out of date. Would give a 0-star rating if that was an option.

Can't get full yield due to poor print quality
Works fine for the first ~2000 prints, then leaks toner making the internals of the printer a mess and the prints nearly unreadable. I've had this same issue with three cartridges.

Excellent Brother product
I prefer to always use the Brother brand and steer away from generic brands when it comes to my Brother printer as it was a very expensive printer. I have heard generic or off pandas may cause marks on the paper or leave a powdered mess. I would suggest to always spend a little more it would be beneficial in the long run.

How good it was to have the toner arrive in the nick of time - love the next day service! AND after a prior toner purchased new that apparently was EMPTY! But of course, it had been opened and therefore not returnable. That was from another company, but I won't be buying from them any more!! Quill is my GO-TO!

Cartridge empty
I am a tax accountant and usually print a lot, typically a cartridge last me about 3-4 months. This cartridge must have already be "old" "dried up" I dont know, but it only lasted me 2-1/2 weeks. I am definitely going to complain when I get to Staples to pick up my "new" purchase.

Happy with the Toner
I am happy with my purchase of this toner. I've been buying it for years. I have a 4-star rating because when the box was shipped, it was not tapped up. The top was folded in on itself. The toner could have fallen out of the box. Luckily, that didn't happen. Not happy with this.
