HP 410X Black Original LaserJet Toner Cardtridge
As this was a replacement cartridge purchased before my original cartridge ran dry I haven't used it yet. But the cartridge was received within a couple days of placing the order so the service was great.

Part of my job duties is to keep office supplies in stock and all my purchases must be paid with cash. For me the easiest way to order our office printer ink is at the Staples store on their order monitor. This process conveniently delivers for in-store pickup. I receive and email when the order is ready for pick-up. I've never had an issue with the pick-up or purchase...

Cost and ease of ordering online
Did my research as to what I needed in my office got on Staples and ordered online was easy and I got it at a great price. Added bonus I can pick it up at the store. I buy often at the store in Stillwater OK and on line and no matter where I get my supplies it's never been a hassle and they have always gotten what I wanted or needed in a timely manner. Does not print 2000 pages!
We go through this ink every 2 weeks and print nowhere near 2000 pages!

I recently had to return an online order to the Benton Harbor Store. The staff member took care of the return and found the appropriate ink. He also informed me that that an "high yield" replacement was available and had it shipped to my office. It was nice to have such great service.

Online Orders
There was no problem with the quality of products ordered. However the ability of Staples to deliver the order to the proper address continues to be a challenge for them when using their own drivers.
