Perfect pictures
I rate Epson Ink far above other printers because the ink mixture is true and bright . The copy quality shows a perfect copy that can satisfy the patron. And the artist.
I would and have recommended this ink
The negative is that the printer will not work if one color runs out and must be replaced if the new cartridge is not at hand printing stops.

I am not really happy with my purchase of the Epson printer from Staples about 1 year ago. The print quality is often not acceptable. I frequently find the need to "clean the print heads" which is something I didn't have to deal with when I had my HP printer. I will not choose Epson the next time I need to replace my printer.

Rejected attempt to install
I've been ill so I didn't get to installing these 2 ink cartridges but that shouldn't make a difference. Neither will be accepted by my printer. I will take them to the nearest store.

QUICK TURNAROUND & FRIENDLY
I did not know that Staples could print a trifold brochure with such a fast turnaround. I sent the completed PDF’s in around 1:00 pm and the folded brochures were ready by 11:00 the next day. Quality? Excellent.

It works
I’ve tried to save money by buying off-market ink. I end up spending time getting my printer to recognize the chip. Avoid the hassle. Buy once; cry once.

At the Staples in north Asheville North Carolina I encountered a very young man working there who could not have been more helpful. He was extremely knowledgable and answered all my questions. He then helped order an out-of-stock cartridge I needed. I wish I could remember his name for this review..
