Helped get Bluetooth working
Had to call NetGear for help in securing modem to internet and getting Bluetooth to work. Also, had to reset printer, laptop, and Alexa.

Item meets expectations
I purchased the Netgear Nighthawk cable modem router which has been remarkably satisfying. So far, it has served very well. I initially had the Netgear N300 wireless router.

Great Modem Router
I bought this because I was tired of paying my ISP provider for renting theirs and not being able to use the USB port. I connected an external drive to have a mini network. Works great for streaming files and music to all my devices.

Required replacement
I received a notice that my Netgear Wi-Fi cable modem was no longer safe to use after three years so I disconnected it and purchased a new nighthawk and it’s OK but I have noticed the Wi-Fi is much slower than my old Netgear 1750
