Modem doesn’t work. Firmware updates are not available. Junk now. Never a customer again.

Excellent two in one replacement
My existing router died and my existing cable modem was no longer supported. Decided to replace both at same time. Spectrum support helped provision the device and we're back up and running with great speeds and better wifi coverage throughout house!

Soaring to New Heights
My NETGEAR Nighthawk router solved my WiFi worries! With just a couple wires I was back to surfing the web in no time. So easy to set up, even easier to use. I’m never going back to those old brands.

Repeat user
I bought the C7000v2 to replace another modem. I've had a Better router for over 10years without a hiccup, unlike other Brands that needed trading back in for replacement due to poor qualify during manufacture, Better has always worked straight out of the box every time. (I've had 4 previous Better routers).
They work and have always exceeded the specs stated on the box...

Great so far
I've only been using it a few weeks been working great so far. Have 3 xboxs 4 tvs 2 phones 2 tablets and a laptop no issues.
