Great Product Works Well.
I give it an A had to replace original it was plastic put two Packing int to it as not as not to put to pressure on the internal fitting. but never the less a good product.

The brass fitting with green plastic top located in the front portion of the machine is defective causing leakage. Water pressure not functioning properly. Requesting complementary replacement as previous reviews indicated the same. Otherwise machine worked well for a short period of time.

Swivel Connector
While I have yet to mount this new connector, I think it'll work fine.
What does "irk" me thou are the packings on the gun and pressure hose. They last for several uses then leak. I replaced them once and need them again.
On top of that, I tried ordering some a few weeks ago and they're still not in stock?

Great Product
I had major leaks with the plastic coupler that came with the device, but I called customer service and they were great. They sent me this brass coupler and it works great. Kudos to them. One more thing; always remember to register your products

Leaked
Bought this because I read reviews of how the plastic fitting wore out. Installed it and it leaked. Wrapped silicon tape around the hose end and put in a new washer. Still leaked. I replaced it with the plastic filling that came with the pressure washer. No leaks.

Saves water
The original plastic fitting leaked copiously at the hose connection. This fitting cut leaks to a trickle.

brass connector
brass connector definitly better. had to use 2 rubber washers on side that connects to pressure washer to get leak down to a slow drip. the connectors spray wand are really good. dont understand why they wouldn't make a good quality connector to the garden hose.

Works Great
This is way, way better than the original that came with the pressure washer. This should have been supplied originally instead of the piece of plastic garbage that came with the washer. The plastic adaptor leaked constantly. This one does not leak at all and it's metal threads are easier to connect the hose to.

A good quality adapter
A good quality adapter that I may had spent time searching and locating elsewhere for a dollar less. hose is secure and leak free, I'm glad I order it.
