Poor Leather
Leather crumbled apart in a year. Looks like it has Vitiligo disease. Salesperson said it was the best quality Staples has. My wife bought it as a gift to me and now is very disappointed.

Horrible
I need to return the chair there is a problem with the seat cushion I called the customer service for the company told her the problem and she said that the seat cushion needs to be replaced and I would have to wait 6-8 weeks before they can replace it. And of course it was made in China which I find is terrible and horrifying.

Big & Tall Executive Office Chair
So far so good. Seems to be a good heavy chair. I use it for up to 14 hours a day and it is quite comfortable. My old chair was about 2" taller in the back that gave me a little more head support if I need to shut my eyes for 15 minutes or so. Other than that no complaints.

Solid Comfortable Chair
The La-Z-Boy Fairmont is a solid comfortable chair. You get a good elevation for your arms for using a computer mouse. Assembly of the chair was very easy with very explicit descriptive instructions that were easy to follow. Great Chair!
I recently bought the La-Z-Boy Fairmont Big and Tall chair and it is a very nice chair. It was easy to assemble and I took the advice of previous reviews and made sure not to tighten all of the screws until the arms were attached. It is a very nice looking chair.
