Poorly made item
There should be some form padding on the inside to cushion your device if dropped. I would have also liked the option to secure my device, within the case.

Bad zippers
We bought these 2 years ago and the zippers have started ripping out on the corners. So far I have replaced 5 of these with other products. I like the sturdiness of the case, but the zippers need attention.
