Ink is defective or or works for a couple days
We have tried 3 different vendors and this ink doesn't last or the cartridge is saying defective after one day. Not sure what is happening.

Great Authentic Product
We were having issues with our printer and it turns out going back to the authentic ink cartridges was the fix. We were purchasing remanufactured products which resulted in poor quality prints. These HP cartridges produce perfect prints every time.

It doesn't work
So far no ink has come out of the cartridge. So far not happy. Cartridge is dried out. There should be better quality control in place.

Works great. I was mostly impressed by how quickly it came in the mail.
I ordered it at the store on Wednesday afternoon around 3:30 pm.

wrong cartridge
i searched for HP 640 fax cartridge and this was the result, I ordered it and it is not the correct one, I can't even find the correct one. Kind of annoying I now have to find time to come to the store.
