Great for certificates!
This paper provides the right amount of thickness for certificates. We have been using this for awards for many years and will continue to use this paper. Great product!

Poor customer service
Didn't call when the item arrived. Couldn't find it when I went to the store and gave the delivery date. Despite having the receipt I had to surrender my drivers license to pick up my ream of paper.
