These are so convenient for keeping employee files organized. The auditor said she had never seen such neat and organized employee files.

Not expandable enough.
It is not expandable enough to sustain paperwork for the lifespan of an employee over 3 years. I should have been more careful with the purchase. While technology is moving us in the direction of less paper there remains the basic hard copies of personnel paperwork that again this file folder seemed quite tight.

Not what i was looking for however...
this was not what i was looking for since we are a very small company however the folders did seem very sturdy and you can file an array of information ... they did not fit our company employee profile and it would have been a waste of resources to keep them so i returned the item since.
