Too Much Milk!
Most of the drink if milk and foam! The amount of coffee that comes out is equal to volume of one espresso shot! I expected coffee with milk and foam, not milk and foam with a hint of coffee.

Great Price but Lower Quality Packets
There was roughly 3-5 packets within each row of product with powder leaking out of the bottom of the individual packet upon opening. I have never experienced this happen before ordering from other companies. This was my first time ordering this specific product from Staples. Not sure I will be ordering from here again.
