condition of wrapping
the paper was good but the reams were all torn open when I got them. hard to store without the wrapping.

Once I figured out which way both sheets went in printer it is great. Saves me having to fill out 22 times cards by hand every week!

Great Product need in store!
Great product that we have never had a problem with once we figured out which way is up. I really wish they would stock it in the stores though.

Product is fine. Improvements could be to have NCR paper like this available in Staples stores (not just online) or shorter delivery time (instead of a week). Also hard to tell which side is which unless the yellow page has been darkened by pressure around the edges. That's the ONLY way I can tell. Have to keep them set just so on a shelf with a post-it on top to deno...

Just what I was looking for.

Quantity in Photo & Specs misrepresented
Photo shows this being a CASE of carbonless paper. Because the price seemed low I checked the specs and it reads: Ream quantity: 10 Quantity of sheets: 5000. The sales rep was nice enough to credit me the difference on a fair price for one ream since this item is mis-advertised.

wrong weight
The weight in description is 20/21 lbs which is incorrect. You only get a single ream of paper and it does not weigh near that. The weight leads you to believe you are getting a case.
