Ink was very expensive. Has gone up significantly. I did not want the XL one but it was all u had. Cashier told me the XL was larger size? It wasn’t. I was also not satisfied nor did I understand his explanation about the 9 cartridges I returned. Also said he couldn’t find any record of the others I returned years and months before. How come? Then I couldn’t use the $10...

I have used this produce for a number of years and like it but don’t like how the price keeps keeps increasing .
I have some leg issues and the employee who helped me went above and beyond me as the store was be “re” arranged and I could not walk it.

Great product/service
Printer ink shouldn’t be more expensive than the printer itself, but most are sadly. As far as ink goes, this is good/quality ink with vibrant colors.

Why I like Staples--Epson ink cartridge
I had bought the wrong cartridges (200 instead of 202-they look identical), didn't think I could return them since I had opened the packaging, but they took them back with no problem, and I got the right ones to replace them

Do not like when copier runs out of certain ink, the machine do not run. When all of the inks are in machine, the machine works great. So you constantly buying ink all of the time.

Been looking for this product and I found it at staples, thankful. Originally I buy the one w black as the only high yield, now all the colors are, thank you for having this available, it saves me some money. High yield usually last longer than the standard versions
