Office Shredder 130C
Great little machine. Does not hesitate at all. The auto feed is a great option, just place paper in and hit the button and walk away. Love it.

Poor product for price. Do not fall for the pitch.
Horrible. If you like putting in three sheets of paper each time then buy it. I expected to shred more each time. Constant jams if you put too much in the hole which is entirely too small. Will be returning.

Build quality issue
I picked up the product on July 29, 2024. My only negative comment is that the pullout bucket into which the shredded paper falls has plastic push pins which hold together what appears to be the cardboard walls and floor of the container. These pins are coming apart, requiring to be recompressed. I wouldn't expect that a product at this price point would come apart that...

Only flat 8.5x11 paper in tray
I was hoping to set into the tray all my receipts and mismatched sized papers - but, no, only flat 8.5x11 paper can go into the tray. Otherwise it jams - and doesn't unjam itself. Everything else must be fed through the regular manual slot on top. Also, there are no wheels - so it cannot be moved from room to room.

Not strong enough for daily use.
This has never been able to shred the amount of copies it says it can. Now after only 6 months. we have to get a new shredder. Thankfully, I purchased the protection plan and they are sending a new one. Hopefully this one lasts longer than 6 months. You can only use for 12 mins. then let it cool for 25 mins. Great Purchase!
We recently purchased two of these shredders for our offices. So far they have worked beautifully for us! Set up was easy; they run fairly quietly. We especially love the fact that we can run large quantities of paper through hands-free. It saves time for us.

The auto feeder works well which was my main reason for ordering this model. It is very nice to hit the button and walk away from a stack of papers.
The manual feeder can’t handle too many sheets at a time. I guess that is what the auto feed is for.
