Toner
The toner is working great and is much cheaper than the name brand toner. We did receive an error message on our machine stating that this is not name brand toner, but after that it worked just fine! :)

Defective memory chip out of the box
Toner cartridge wasn't recognized by my printer ("supply memory error"). The chip looks to have been scratched before being sloppily glued on backwards.

Tru Red Toner Cartridge
We have not used it yet, I can not give it a rating one way or the other but I do not have a choice on this.
