Didn't fit my printer
Even though I purchased the correct printer cartridge (90X) it did not fit my printer. It was too long. In addition I have been trying for nearly 2 weeks to get a pick-up to return it.

Defective memory chip out of the box
Toner cartridge wasn't recognized by my printer ("supply memory error"). The chip looks to have been scratched before being sloppily glued on backwards.

We have on several occasions experienced problems with the Staples toner cartridge explodes inside of the printer. We have not had this issue with HP cartridges I have several in stock now and I will be requesting a return of these items

Staples LJ 600 cartridge
The very first Staples cartridge I used left smears over all pages. Hopefully it has not messed up the inside of our printer. I will only buy original HP cartridges now.
