While it is a remanufactured cartridge, we have had no problems or issues with them and they appear to be a good replacement for the OEM product.

Did not work
I put the Tru Red cartridges in my HP printer and now it won't work says print head failure. Now I have to buy another printer. Do not recommend.

Remanufactured Ink
The cartridges worked just as good as the original HP cartridges and were much less expensive. I would buy them again.
