Printer cartridge
I received my printer cartridge at a reduced price from the other companies & it was delivered within a few days. I was very impressed & will use Staples online again!

Poor print quality, have to reprint docs
You get what you pay for I guess. The print quality is very poor and inconsistent. Documents are so light they are not readable which leads to reprinting on a printer not using these cartridges. Will not by again.

Doesn't last long
I ordered because of the price, but it doesn't seem to last long before the "low ink" light comes on... I don't print much on this printer so I can usually make it last a while, but it is a bit disappointing.
