No problem with the cartridges...I just wish they were less expensive and more readily available. Otherwise, I'm satisfied.

Ink runs out fast
I bought black ink three weeks ago. I’ve printed Less than 50 pages this month. When I went to print my homework about 7 more pages all the pages were missing information because the ink was all gone. They say XL prints up to 1000 pages but I barely got 50 let a lone 100 pages.

Reviewing 1 hour pick up
I ordered this for a 1-hour pickup. I can't walk because of surgery. I waited an hour and 25 minutes and went into the Staples and it was not ready! No one was in the store! It wasn't busy! I had to find a Tower of reamed paper to sit on and wait. It was one item! Boo. I should have given zero stars. Once I got it the person helping me was very cordial

The ink cost more than the machine. But the machine is dependable ,rather easy to operate, and very versatile.
However, it seems to require ink very quickly. It costs 70.00 bucks plus tax. I feel pretty stupid every time I replenish it
