HP inks are true to color
I'm very happy with the HP inks. they are easy to install and are true to color.

terrible
I don't use my printer a lot. the cartridges do not come close to lasting as long as advertised. I probably haven't printed more than 200 pages in the almost two years I've had it and bought four or five cartridges already,not worth the money.

Print only black and white yet funny how the color cartridges always go low and STOP printer at worst time. Usually $10 cheaper, but what you gonna do ?

I think that the product is good but I question if the ink cartridges are really empty when the print is still vibrant on paper. Another means to buy more ink cartridges.

What was expected
it is what I needed and product was sealed. My cartridge had a damaged issue and could not be used. Staples was theonly place that had it in stock.
