HP inks are true to color
I'm very happy with the HP inks. they are easy to install and are true to color.

terrible
I don't use my printer a lot. the cartridges do not come close to lasting as long as advertised. I probably haven't printed more than 200 pages in the almost two years I've had it and bought four or five cartridges already,not worth the money.

I taught i was getting all XL Cartridges . I don't know if it was my mistake or not, but i expected Xl.

Convenient
I haven't used any additional ink as of yet, but it is nice to know I have ink available when I do need it. Saves going out and buying it.

Quick response
I received the cartridges quickly . I only needed one but while ordering, got all that my printer uses which i'll need before long. As I have another HP printer, been using it in the meantime and haven't installed the cartridge in the other yet. Probably within the next week or so.

Bum Ink Cartridges
Put the new HP color ink cartridges in as soon as they arrived and have not been able to use them without getting an error message stating there is a problem with the ink system and to shut down and call HP if it continues, which it has. Have never had an issue in the past and must be faulty ink cartridges.

Excellent service
It had been a long time since I purchased ink on-line. It was so easy and it was delivered in just a couple of days. I will use this service from now on. When purchasing a computer I definitely want to purchase something I can easily get ink for.

I have never had a bad buy from Staples. It may be a couple dollars more, but I don't worry about it not being correct or insufficient.
I did buy printer ink from another source online and the pink did not last a week and I don't do that much printing.
I learned my lesson and I buy all supplies from Staples now.
