HP inks are true to color
I'm very happy with the HP inks. they are easy to install and are true to color.

terrible
I don't use my printer a lot. the cartridges do not come close to lasting as long as advertised. I probably haven't printed more than 200 pages in the almost two years I've had it and bought four or five cartridges already,not worth the money.

Magenta cartridge almost empty!
When the new magenta cartridge was installed, it showed that it was only about 1/4 full! The blue one was completely full! Very frustrating to purchase what is suppose to be new cartridges and find it nearly empty!

Quality Products
I have always purchased my ink from HP. I've only had an issue 1 time and Hp corrected it within 3 days. I will continue to purchase my ink from only them. No trips to a store and free shipping to my mailbox in 2-3 business days. You can't beat it!!!!
