HP inks are true to color
I'm very happy with the HP inks. they are easy to install and are true to color.

terrible
I don't use my printer a lot. the cartridges do not come close to lasting as long as advertised. I probably haven't printed more than 200 pages in the almost two years I've had it and bought four or five cartridges already,not worth the money.

I purchased the HP 933 toner and when i plugged it in it said it was not genuine HP. i continued to use it and it ran out in 2 days. i think this was a bad product. I purchased new cartridges and they seem to be fine.

Multi pack HP ink

Poor product quality.
Twice I have tried to order direct and the cartridges show up half full. Not impressed at all with the quality.

Barely any ink
We installed all new cartridges in a "new-to-us" printer, the printer aligned itself automatically, and we immediately noticed NONE of the color cartridges were still full. The printer hadn't been used in awhile, so we needed to clean the print head through all 3 levels. Easily, I can estimate that 1/3 of the cartridge was used and it still didn't print correctly.
