HP inks are true to color
I'm very happy with the HP inks. they are easy to install and are true to color.

terrible
I don't use my printer a lot. the cartridges do not come close to lasting as long as advertised. I probably haven't printed more than 200 pages in the almost two years I've had it and bought four or five cartridges already,not worth the money.

. Product sucks.
Ink is too damn expensive and lasts an unreasonably short time. Hp printer stinks and has done so since I bought it. Big mistake. Never again.

So easy and rapid
Love that HP reminds me when ink is low and I can quickly order what is needed. I’m never concerned with running out of good inks.

Defective merchandise
I purchased ink cartridges and when I went to install them they were defective. I telephoned and got a run around. I had to buy new ones that did work. So it was not he fault of my printer.

installed cartridges but the black - which is from a previous purchase -does not stay in place - keeps popping out-- cannot print. Recommend??

The yellow won't print
I purchased this recently and the yellow still has not worked. I tried removing it and shaking it, reinstalling it, and also spend over an hour following my printer's instructions on how to clean the heads (which I repeated about 9 times). Each time I cleaned it, the quality got a little better, but it still does not look normal and by now I've wasted about 20 sheets of...
