HP inks are true to color
I'm very happy with the HP inks. they are easy to install and are true to color.

terrible
I don't use my printer a lot. the cartridges do not come close to lasting as long as advertised. I probably haven't printed more than 200 pages in the almost two years I've had it and bought four or five cartridges already,not worth the money.

Excellent in every way!
I love the quality of all HP products. And I especially love the convenience of ordering ink online with free shipping the very next day! HP's service is phenomenal!!! Highly recommend!

Product good but runs out quickly
Cartridges seem to run out quickly. On this order I received email indicating the order was cancelled. I reordered and then received the original order plus the reorder. Phone rep struggled understanding and correcting the duplicate product.

Very disappointed
For convenience, I ordered ink cartridges on line. I replaced the empty cartridge with a new one. My printer would not print. I kept getting an ink error message. After much frustration, I realized the new ink cartridge was empty. I now need to go to a local store and purchase another ink cartridge before I can resume printing. There needs to be better quality control.

HP is a great company.
hp ink carts great, but why should we have to have colored to print b/w only. like the shipping next day free though

Reliable Quality

Delivery On Time
I have not yet used the product because I try to keep ink on hand so as not to run out. I expect there will not be a problem, as there has never been a problem to date with the quality of the ink.
